The place has a wonderful atmosphere, it was clean, and looked like a wonderful place to have a meal. Paid extra for having the table set up the way I wanted it. Service was very unexceptional. It was very poor waiting for long periods between being seated, getting drinks, then getting our food and finally receiving our food. My wife's meal was a pasta dish with shrimp which was well done and would eat again. But I ordered a ribeye steak rare which was horrible. When I say horrible, I say it because it was very thin (not a steak cut) especially for the price, it contained alot of fat, and as a sous chef this definitely wasn't a ribeye. It was meat for carne asada(bistec)which when I told the server that this was not a ribeye all he said 'this is all we have' and when I talked to the chef and told them that if they could seriously call this a ribeye, I had no response. They asked me if they could remake it and I said no if it is the same meat they will bring out. If you go here just beware of the so called 'ribeye' they overcharge which is just thin, fatty meat of carne asada.
Also when I asked to speak to the restaurant manager they said they were busy (only 4 tables including ours) and that if it was regarding the meat that they didn't know since it was the chef that orders the food. So sad and disappointing.

Awesome atmosphere but terrible staff. Very little disposition on their behalf to help. I am visiting Monterrey and was recommended this place, there was no host, I had to walk up to one waiter because no one would attend to us after seeing us waiting at the register for more than 10 minutes. Then they sent us upstairs so WE could ask if they had tables available but the music was so loud upstairs and we were sent back downstairs then they told us they couldn't give us an estimate wait time. We were pretty much treated like pestering children and we had to walk out. Service is everything for any business in my opinion.

If you ever find yourself in Monterrey, NL it is worth every second to make a stop at this place. The food was amazing and fresh. Want a nice dinner alone or looking for a place to take your hot date, then this place is ideal. Every customer there was dressed nicely, although I doubt that was a requirement. The drinks we good too. I recommend this place, I know I'll be going back.

There is no doubt that the atmosphere is among the best downtown. That being said, the waiters are deceiving and they will overcharge you if you seem to be a foreigner. My total was $620.43 pesos. Hours later, I checked my bank account to an unprecedented charge of $1028.42 pesos. And no, I did not add tip; the tip was in cash. The fettuccini I had was below average, luckily my girlfriend's philly cheese steak was better. Moral of the story, use cash in downtown mty.

Got here for a few drinks, seems like they are making cocktails with too little alcohol. I'm sensitive, but 5 margeritas didn't do the job. Went to the next place and 2 beers made the diffence. Best guess is to buy beers, or shots

Great service, and food. The place is usually booked, so a planned visit is recommended. The terrace has great views, and the cocktails are quite nice.

Asked for medium, got rare. But it was still good
Our waiter was incredible, he handled the whole roof by himself and we were well looked after
