The place has a wonderful atmosphere, it was clean, and looked like a wonderful place to have a meal. Paid extra for having the table set up the way I wanted it. Service was very unexceptional. It was very poor waiting for long periods between being seated, getting drinks, then getting our food and finally receiving our food. My wife's meal was a pasta dish with shrimp which was well done and would eat again. But I ordered a ribeye steak rare which was horrible. When I say horrible, I say it because it was very thin (not a steak cut) especially for the price, it contained alot of fat, and as a sous chef this definitely wasn't a ribeye. It was meat for carne asada(bistec)which when I told the server that this was not a ribeye all he said 'this is all we have' and when I talked to the chef and told them that if they could seriously call this a ribeye, I had no response. They asked me if they could remake it and I said no if it is the same meat they will bring out. If you go here just beware of the so called 'ribeye' they overcharge which is just thin, fatty meat of carne asada.
Also when I asked to speak to the restaurant manager they said they were busy (only 4 tables including ours) and that if it was regarding the meat that they didn't know since it was the chef that orders the food. So sad and disappointing.
