Had the guacamole chilaquiles, the taste just wasn't there. Only had an overpowering flavor of lime. We also had the chilaquiles rojos, the flavor was better on these and I recommend them.
The guy who took our order was not very friendly, he didn't even look at us. Overall I don't think I would return here.
The ambiance of the food park is nice and there are plenty of food options.

Delicious chilaquiles. The only thing that is missing is spicy salsa because the mild salsa did not have any flavor, it was like tomato sauce. But they were so delicious.

90 pesos for Chilaquiles. Had spciy green sauce with egg and sausage. Very good. Fair price. Nice decorations.

Plenty of options to choose from, you customize the level of spice in your sauce. Vegan sauces available

The food is just incredible, best chilaquiles I had when I was in Monterrey. If you don't want that, then there's plenty of other options around and even outside. The place has a mini-mall feel and is a great spot to just relax if you trying to get away from the sun or just take a break the rest of the stuff in this area.
