The worst food I’ve tried in Monterrey. We came here because a taxi driver recommended it to us and was told to try their Cabrito and meat. We have tried cabrito from other places but this place was horrible. The cabrito had no flavor I had to put lots of salt and salsa just for it to have some flavor. And the meat was horrible. I told the waiter I wanted to meat well done and come to my surprise when I cut it, it started bleeding red all over my plate. It was such a disgust. I didn’t even bother finishing the plate. Not to mention the prices are expensive! Spent $60 in 2 plates. And when I told the waiter all he offered to do was pack it up so I can take home. Horrible service.

Absolutely amazing. Traveling ton Monterrey and not trying Cabrito would be a huge miss. The service here was fantastic. The chef de house took the time to explain how it was prepared and offered us a sample of the Cabrito en Sang.

Nice place , good location, the price is ok, excellent attention the parking lot is comfortable. Only one El Cabrito felt without flavor. Anyway is a good restaurant to spend a good time.

Great customer service, pretty much personalized like they've already know you, excellent atmosphere and good old Mexican music, every dish was good.
Visited from Houston, definitely going back again!

Everyone said you have to try the young goat and carne asada in Monterrey, and this was a great place to have both! I got the combo of goat leg and carne. The course comes with all the fixings, fresh tortillas, salsas, arepas, potato, beans, chips, tostadas, and a salad bar. The goat was tender and wasn't gamey at all, reminded me of carnitas.
