Horrible experience! I paid my reservation and they said that I had to wait to check if the payment was successful! It took so long ! They didn’t even apologise!!!!! It was super hot at the reception without AC ! The room was so different than the pictures ! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!

En fotos se ve bien pero está horrible en realidad. Nada que ver con las fotos. The pictures online look okay but it’s not. It’s very terrible. Nothing compared to what they show online. This is a complete scam!!!
