This place surpassed my expectations. Even though very basic, this property is at a very centric location, the hotel looks new, breakfast is included, the staff very polite and nice... even the view from my room was nice. My only feedback is that if you are a light sleeper either bring earplugs or stay at a different place because you can clearly hear the guests from contiguous rooms.

Building is in good state, good to get a good night's rest and continue your journey. Breakfast that was included could improve in taste but it was okay. I had some issues with the Wi-Fi several times and the receptionist was very kind by lending me an ethernet cable which I could plug in my room to my laptop and only then I was able to finish my work - a total life saver. Thank you. There's a convenience store a block away and a drug store too. I found that the shower in my room didn't have good pressure but the bathroom was clean. It was very quiet in the night so I could sleep very well, would definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel. Close to all you want in Monterrey. Great breakfast to get your day going. A shot from my 6 floor room. Rooms a basic. But the bed is great and the shower clean and comfy.

Solid choice , if you don't mind the strong smell of the floor cleaner in the room which won't go away despite the ventilation/AC unit. They advertise their higher range room has having air purifier. That's unfortunately a requirement.

Convenient location at a fair price. Room on first floor was a bit small, but reasonable. Breakfast was decent and on par with other City Express hotels or similar hotels.

Nice rooms and good service in lobby. Two downsides: room service personal knocks even with the do not disturb sign and they remove the breakfast buffte earlier than they should

Very nice hotel, friendly service and clean room!
If I will visit Monterrey again, I will choose this hotel!
Near the shopping mall, it’s convenient for tourists!
