I do not recommend this hotel I made a reservation for three nights for me and my family. When we get to the city I call to confirm my reservation and they tell me my reservation is at another location not where I had made it. Not only did they change my reservation but they said I made it incorrectly. After about an hour on the phone going back and forth with both hotels one of the staff to me you did not make your reservation incorrectly they moved your reservation here because they overbooked. I had no choice but to cancel the reservation at that point because it was about 30 minutes away and then they did not want to cancel my reservation after they decided to move it to another hotel. On top of all that they still wanted to charge me for not showing up at a place that I never made a reservation for. I was stuck in a city that we don’t know with my family trying to make a last minute reservation. I do not recommend this hotel they are careless.

Positive: From the minute I checked in at the front desk to the minute I checked out the people clean the rooms the people who helped you the people in the restaurant everyone was very very helpful and very friendly I¿ll definitely be back again in September Negative: There actually is nothing that I would change about the hotel I enjoyed every aspect of it

Only 2 stars bc the bed was comfortable and the parking secure - however the pillows on the bed were sofa pillows used as bed pillows:/ I Do not recommend. Hotel was filthy. Bathroom smelled of sewage. Carpet was filthy like it had no been vacuumed in ages and hallways were strewn with trash and stains. This place was NOT worth the 1400+ pesos we paid. Wyndham should remove their name from this hotel

Negative: The hair dryer did not work. It was clogged from the sink. The room smelled like smoke.

Positive: Rooms Available Negative: Bad location, room smelling musty, sink faucets leaking water, sink clogged water wouldn't go away, I found a completely wet towel in my room, pool completely dirty, rude hotel staff, very poor quality restaurant food, hotel very old and need maintenance.
