While visiting Monterrey and love the Downtown Area, you have to make a reservation in this Beauty of a Hotel. Located in the middle of commerce area, this hotel power up on all it's amenities, an awesome restaurant the really fills your tummy until way over the wee hours they also do Room Service no extra charge. The rooms are very well suited, a nice air-conditioning system, great shower and bathroom, it checks out all your requirements for a good night , very well located sleep. Make your next business reservations in this hotel .

Do you want to have the worst experience ever? Book now! This hotel was terrible. Where should I even begin? No sheets for the bed, then when I ordered some they had blood stains. Later we were trying to get ready and there was no iron. So I wanted to call room service and guess what? No telephone. Had to go all the way downstairs on those elevators with no AC. We wanted a phone in the room so we asked for one. Receptionist just laughed and said none of our phone work. (Wtheck??) We wanted coffee. So we had to go all the way downstairs just to place an order. No terminals for the room. Coffee cups were dirty. Ugh! Then they charged 87.00 dollars a night. Absolutely pathetic that our stay was so unpleasant. Couldn't cancel since it booked with Priceline. Priceline will not back up their costumers either.

The CHN needs a makeover, but the staff are nice, the location is not bad, and the beds are clean. My room had a broken toilet seat, lumpy pillows, and noisy Aircon. But the location is close to the macroplaza and nice bars and restaurants. The barrio antiguo is about a 15 minute walk. My room seemed pretty clean though I didn't dare get on the floor to do situps. The breakfast buffet was quite good. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but it's not a bad option if you need to use Wyndham points or stay in this area.

Negative: The bed did not have sheets only a comforter, room was not clean and ac did not properly work. I asked for atleaat a fitted sheet for the bed, we needed up leaving and staying elsewhere

The staff is super nice and friendly, but the building is not taking care of. There was a noise the hole day, from the AC or the water pipes IDK exactly. And the shower water went through the wall and into the carpet in my room and my sister’s. The towels had stains, holes and very old . The sheets supposed to be white and are like a dirty white. For what they charge for the rooms they need to fix this things. And the restaurant food expensive and I wouldn’t mind if it was good but it’s not. Need a better cook .
