Maybe i had bad luck but i went to celebrate my bday last wednesday december 15th and the experience was quite dissapointing. Food is fantastic but service was an absolute disaster. I took my parents with me, as soon as we walked in a server gave us a snobby look, we confirmed our reservation and were seated. At that point, the restaurant was at 70 percent with maybe 10 tables. A female server approached us and offered us a drink and the menu, we ordered soups and appetizers and then we were waiting for a while to order the main course, our server approached the table and offered us dessert! I advised her we were only at main course selection. I asked for a pinot grigio and she said she would send the somm, a kind young man who never approached my table despite the fact of being right next to us. I had advised that i was celebrating a birthday prior to arrival and i did receive a comp chocolate cake which I appreciate but did not make up for the lack of interest and energy from the service team. Servers seemed more involved in conversation with the hostess than monitoring the tables. I hope you have a better experience. I tipped generously but I could have spent much more if only the somm had showed us the wine or champagne menu, it was a celebration!

Beautiful restaurant in the four seasons. The garden part of the restaurant is very nice there is also indoor seating. The food is great and so is the service. This is one of my favourite places to come for breakfast while in CDMX either for meetings or for breakfast with friends. You definitely won’t be disappointed!

I was just a guest for breakfast and not staying at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and my service was good. I chose to order off the menu and left happy. Four Seasons standard did not disappoint.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the courtyard of The Four Seasons. They sell champagne (Louis Roederer) by the glass which makes a huge difference to me as I only drink champagne. The aguachile (gluten-free) was lovely. Definitely one of my favourite spots in Mexico City.

Beautiful ambiance and high quality food.
You can get Mexican, Western and Asian food!
Price is around USD50-60. I got the menu which included free flow of sparkling wine.
