Nice secure area with several businesses. There is cost to get to parking but you can walk in. There are a few restaurants as well. No issues. VIPs is kind of fast casual for food, nothing fancy but the prices are great. They have a small bakery and store also.

Our colleague from mexico city said "vips" was like applebees in US and they were not too far off the mark.

vips has a decent menu and the food was flavorful. The soup was delicious and the flautas were decent too.

Terrible service! The staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than in doing their job. There were three people on staff for six tables, yet they were apparently too busy to listen for our full order, or provide a salt shaker, or even clear the table. They did, however, clear our glasses without even giving us a chance to request refills and also managed to mix up our check with someone else's. We will not be coming back.

They do not sell beer or something with alcohol. The food is not bad. They have a discount card that applies for the month, but they refused to apply it just to save money.

Extremely slow service, they take way too much time to prepare basic food, for the prices, definitely not worth.
