One of the best venues in Mexico City, which is no small feat.

Entrance is agile and safe, all access/gates are handy and very well indicated, it's easy to find the seats.

The view is good overall but the big screen makes up for it and allows you to see everything that's happening.

Good technology and the Arena arrangement allows for a very broad range of shows.

Parking is free and there's more than enough room for everyone.

PARKING IS FREE AVOID GIVING MONEY TO PEOPLE
I hope you guys read this even if you work with the Arena or you'll visit an event.
The place is amazing and totally deserves the 5 stars. But the reason of puting one star is because there are people outside taking advantage of the massive traffic generated by the event, (take maybe an hour more to arrive at time) these people charges you with 200 mxn to secure a parking space and that this will accelerate the process of entry, they even give you a paper that has a barcode and seems legit. At the end after 45 minutes in less than 800 meters they take the paper justifying that they'll help you next and disappear. When you enter the arena you see a big sign that says free parking.
The arena staff should at least try to put this information in the tickets or signs where this people are.

Excellent access both with public transport or if you brought your own car. Parking is free and super quick to get in and out.

It is well organized and clean. The staff in the bar was friendly and efficient, but cocktails are not good at all

A great arena, 22000 people, a lot of services (restrooms, restaurants, beer bar, screens). Giant screen 4 sided at the center of the arena is amazing. Also, all the front of the building is a big screen.

No Lucha masks, the vendors were great, too much salt on the popcorn. Boom Camera was always in the way. There is another stadium that is smaller. The point is to feel the energy of the crowd and you don't get that with COVID. Not entirely their fault.

The Symphonic concert was amazing, and the sound is very good. Definitely a good place.
