Very tasty Vegan place. Started with appetizers Cauliflower 'Boneless' and Papas Diperas. For entrees we had the Tortilla Soup, Battered Tacos, and Mexican Burrito (excellent!).

Not only is the food unappetizing and at times very stale, (the last time I came, they gave me a taco that literally had the texture of cardboard) I won't ever come back here because the place is not up to safety standards. The pizza they served us had pistachio shells in it. My bf probably broke a tooth on it. After telling them about it, no word from management, they just asked us if we wanted dessert as if nothing had happened. Very poorly trained staff and quality control - go somewhere else for edible food.

DISHONEST. SERVES GLUTEN PRODUCTS AND CLAIMS THEY ARE GLUTEN FREE. MADE ME ILL.
I have eaten at this Vegan Chain in monterrey. In Monterrey the food was excellent and I ate there several times. But when I came to the location in CDMX i had a very differente experience. I ordered the vegan GLUTEN FREE pizza and the BBQ burger. When the arrived it looked nothing like the previous gf pizza I had in Monterrey. I asked the waiter and he insisted it was gluten free. So then I ate the same thing the next Day. I alsp triple checked with the same waiter.
But it was not gluten free. I AM NOW SICK. I have celiac disease which is very serious but usually takes a good dose of wheat.
I also took some home and two days later the pizza and bread is still very soft. This only happens due to the gluten molecule itself, and chemically cannot happen in gf products. The fluffyness of the product ...etc.... I have been a baker of gluten free products (professionally) for 15 years. I suspected when I was eating it because it tasted so much like wheat. But I never imagined a restaurante would actually lie about a product and serve me something that would make me ill. I was extremely dizzy after the second visit in two days and the next Day am ill. This is not just unethical, it is immoral. I would have been glad to order a different dish had they been honest. Who knows what else is going on with their supply chain and management practices.

Expected a little bit more , don't know why
Food was good, but not great, price / benefit was fair
I had the tex tacos, which had the base of lettuce which is different
Guacamole was very good

Elite, classy Vegan Restaurant. Be treated like a five star customer. Placed at the center of Mexico city business center. Excellent Food. Try out the Smoothies. One of the best smoothies ever that I had.

We went here for lunch with good expectations because we saw good reviews online. Our experience began with us requesting a menu in English, the host acknowledging but then only providing us with menus in Spanish. We ordered a potato appetizer that was served undercooked so it was starchy and hard. Then our meals came at different times instead of together. Sadly, we were disappointed with how we were greeted by the host to the temperature of our food, which was cold to the touch. Our meals were overpriced for both the quality and quantity. On the positive side, the server was friendly and attentive, so we tipped him well regardless of of our dissatisfaction with the food. Needless to say, we will not be dinning here again.

Food is amazing. We had ceviche and lasagna. Smoothies and lemonades are so good as well. Excellent customer service. You get treated like in a high class restaurant. Will definitely come back!
