We ate a small dinner at this place on Dec. 18th. The place has a good design. However its open to the street (no door), so you get to hear all the noise from a busy street.
Also, the temperature inside was like outside at around 12°C. So we wanted to start with the Crema de Temporada. Since that wasn't to be had, we switched to the very good Sopa de Temporada. Afterwards I wanted Fettuccini with Mushrooms but got Spaghettini instead. It tasted good but got cold very fast since they didn't preheat the plates depite the cold.
A lasagna was mostly pasta - almost without sauce or vegetables - so my companion gave up on it after eating about half.
A glass of wine to go with the more or less dry lasagna? No wine in stock today ...
The lemon and ginger tea at the end was probably made out of a instant mixture because we had a lot of a that stuff left at the bottom of the cups.
Every experience by itself was a small issue. But combined together ... we were really disappointed.
The staff was friendly but that didn't really make up for the rest.

It was great. The tacos Al pastor were delicious. A good vegan option. The service was great. And the salsas yummi yummi!!!

Sometimes Vegan food has bad advertisement and people tend to think that it is just vegetables with some weird treatment or flavour, but Vegan Inc exists to debunk the myth. Meals are tasty, copious and fair price.

In addition, staff is very friendly and helps you out if you are a complete stranger of vegan food.

Please, do not miss the chance to try the lemonade with active carbon. It is just mind-blowing.

We were 4 people and in total we ordered 5 dishes of which 4 were spent in salt. Each of us has different tastes but we reach the same conclusion. The chef was told and he only brought us more sauce to try and it was exactly the same, he could not believe that the chef himself did not accept the unpleasantness of that sauce. (The dish was drowned cakes from the September menu).
The juices are expensive, almost $ 100 and the worst thing is that it is NOT juice !!! It is fruit water, since the base is not natural fruit juice, it is water! The only thing that seems to justify a juice the size of a glass of wine is that natural fruit juice is used, not water.
They also gave us the bill on paper and pen. : /
I'm sorry for the waiter, because his attention was very good and he explained that he carries each dish. Never comeback!

Generalmente soy de las que agrega sal a todo, en esta ocasión todo me pareció muuuuuuuy salado, al punto de ser desagradable. Éramos 4 personas y en total ordenamos 5 platillos de los cuales 4 estaban pasados de sal. Cada uno de nosotros tiene gustos diferentes pero llegamos a la misma conclusión. Se le comentó al chef y únicamente nos llevo más salsa para probar y era exactamente igual, no podía creer que el propio chef no aceptara lo desagradable de esa salsa. (El platillo eran tortas ahogadas del menú de septiembre).
Los jugos están caros, casi $100 y lo peor es que NO es jugo!!! Es agua de frutas, ya que la base no es jugo de fruta natural, es agua! Lo único que a mi parecer justifica un jugo del tamaño de una copa de vino es que se use jugo de frutas naturales, no agua.
Además la cuenta nos la dieron en un papel y con pluma. :/
Lo siento por el mesero, porque su atención fue muy buena y nos explicó que lleva cada platillo. Nunca regreso!
