The plane got there on time, and the people on it were great. They were kind and helpful, and they spoke English very well. United Airlines pays special attention to how much legroom each seat has. The people working in the cabin were very nice and knowledgeable.

It was really nice and not crowded. It was a long walk from our gate 36 to go to the United club near gate 19. You have to walk down and up some stairs before you get to the United club. Pass all the priority pass lounge doors you see. Very last turn after walking up the stairs.

I think it was super lovely! The place was clean, super quiet, solid snacks / appetizers selection and plenty of drinks at your disposal. High speed internet and the crew was lovely. My only complaint is that they don't have outdoors / smoking area - for those who really need a cigarette. Gladly will be back when in town

Follow the VIP signs. Down a hallway and up 3 flights of stairs (This is far from the international flights.) Not great food and no air conditioning when we were there.

Hardly any option for vegetarians! Though the club is spacious.
