I don’t understand this place. There is no self-service but the service is poor. Some people received good service, others (like me) ignored. The whole experience is opaque - they don’t explain how to get drinks, order, how much you can order, etc. It’s just weird. Apparently they offer massages or use of the showers to some people, but it wasn’t clear how to request it. As with most Centurion Lounges, you can bring in two guests. If you have two guests, you can order three complimentary dishes… but if you are alone, just one dish.
The food is a step up from typical lounge buffet food, but I left thirsty because I couldn’t get my own water and I had to chase down the waiter every time I needed more H20.
I’m not sure if it is a bad lounge, but it is very odd. Go in with low expectations and maybe you will be surprised in a good way.
