This place is an Italian chain-like place that gives a processed food feel to the whole experience. The food was good though, not fabulous, service was impersonal but polite. Why do you need big screens with music videos in an "authentic" Italian restaurant??? And if I was the manager, I would immediately change the lady at the entrance with SUCH an attitude...

Excellent Italian restaurant beside Parque México. You have to try the Alcachofa with Risotto, it’s absolutely delicious. You can also find a very good salad bar. It has a great terrace with condesa vibe.

Great food! We started with the arugula salad which was amazing. Our pastas of choice were the fettuccini Alfredo and the mushroom papparadella. Both were delicious. Drinks, service and ambience are great!

Very good price for this tasty food! I like very much pizza and home made pasta there! They make pasta infront of u inside of this parmesan reggiano! Very yummy! So many times I tried pasta and pizza from there!! Always good!! Salads and risotto not bad as well !so busy on weekends! However, wine not great there just Mexicin and Italian..Actually tea was outstanding!! I tried lotus and wanna be back just to taste more and more!!My friend always asking me to bring bread with fruits from there and told me it’s the best bread he ever tried!

The service is NOT consistent. They are disrespectful to the customers.
I have given them more than one chance because i stay near when in Mexico and the food is good. However the have ZERO appreciation for the customer. When you try to bring to the GM attention the issues that in fact could improve their restaurant they NEVER contact you. They do not care. But its a typical attitude in Mexico. I heard many people complain about Mexico customer service compared to the US, Europe and South America. That was my last chance. I guess the GM thinks they give you free food. "Mexico".

The open salad bar was exactly what my picky girls needed. It’s not Naples or Bologna, but while we mobbed through Mexico City for a week, this kinda family pleasuring spot with classy style u0026 the kindest of service...nailed it in Roma Norte Mexico. They had these cute little coat racks table-side for all my stuff, u0026 the waiter even went ahead u0026 placed my napkin on my lap for me like my grandma would do. Prices were not bad, beats the States!!

Went in for 1 drink. The server thought we were drunk and tried to take advantage of us and tried to charge a 60% tip. Pathetic, was a good cocktail otherwise. Lots of great places nearby that you can trust, give this one a big miss.
