Best view of the plaza. James Bond fan so wanted to see inside of beautiful old hotel with glass ceiling and iron elevator and also have lunch up here. We had the pasta with mushroom cream sauce which was flavorful and good for the price of $185. My friend had the chicken skewers fir $309 and looked like a lot of food. Very busy but food in about 20 min.

Do Not I strongly suggest to not be fooled by the view! This food is gross the nachos are literary gas station nachos with pieces of meat the rib eye was the works look how dry and old it looks the chicken with the mushroom sauce tastes like it was old and good anymore if I could I would give them negative stars they charge extra for sitting there worst restaurant ever! all this food over 2,000 and we left all the food because it was GROSS!
No coman aquí!

***DO NOT GO HERE***
Horrible experience; service was subpar and the food TERRIBLE. You are basically paying for the view, oh and you are paying EXTRA for that! Obviously, we got harrased from people who BAIT you to come upstairs. Not only did they say there was no "cover" ($50 pesos per person) for eating at the terrace but once you get to the area where you'll be seated after taking a small elevator who only fits 4 people you walk into a sea of employees who are sitting around on their phones extremely unprofessional.  We were seated; we ordered what we were to consume because I will not call that food. I ordered a baked potatoe for my 10 month old fast forward the potato came out cold, yes cold! I sent it to be warmed up; some of the cheese was just cold. It came back and it was just a mess and the rice was horrible horrible horrible!!! It was mush tasted like garlic and cold. What's funny is that our waitress informed us that our food would be made fresh so it would take about 20-25 minutes JOKE! They will tell you tip is optional THEY WILL ADD THE TIP WITHOUT YOU KNOWING ALREADY

Worst food in Mexico City and horrible service! Never go there and it's expensive! I live in an expensive city but this goes over board!

FRAUDE!!! Don’t go here! The view was amazing, the service seemed good until the bill, and the food was disappointing (very bland, no flavor). When we received the bill it was $800 pesos over what the bill added up to, which the server said this was for the tip (40% tip?). This was adjusted after our disapproval. However, they ran my credit card, and then stated that it didn’t go through (as it’s a foreign card), so I signed nothing, and we paid with cash. Later the transaction posted to my credit card statement and is being disputed due to us paying in cash. Be aware: this place is corrupt and will rob you.

Thieves plain and simple. They will charge you way more than what you think. Then have the gall to insult you.
HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DON'T GO HERE.
They have no qualms about taking advantage of tourists especially.
If you do go, take pictures of what you ask for and the prices, or else they will try and pull a fast one on you.

Be careful, there is a place you enter by the jewelries, is so confusing who’s your server/restaurant. They offer different menus depending on who’s attending. By the other hand the food’s no good and pricey, there’s a sign where they put they don’t cover for you sitting in the terrace, they do! DON’T GO with the guys on the balcony close to the street offering the restaurants…
