Highly disappointed by their process of work. Little professional and none responsible. We paid for the 500 pesos deposit with 1,000 pesos bill, the girl was distracted with invoice datas and other stuffs and she forgot to give us back 500 pesos bill. Next morning I went and asked for the camera recording and politely asked if we could check, they said " yes and wait for 24 hours", we called back, "wait another 4 days", called back after a week finally and this is the answer I got:
"we're not allowed to send that video clip because in the video we couldn't see the girl giving you back the money".
First of all, I do too run a restaurant and therefore know how easy it is to check security camera, you shouldn't have had us waited a week.
Second, you're admitting that you didn't see the girl giving me the change and so you cannot send me the video clip?
Third, the lady says she gave the change to my husband but she me the deposit paper, without money, so she doesn't remember to whom she gave it to, and I received the paper without money, so she doesn't remember.
I understand that those things happen, even in my restaurant and in all hotels, but your way to process all these things are so little professional and responsible.
It would have been a perfect stay if things were managed differently.
