This was first place we stayed in CDMX. We arrived early morning and Gema was there bright and early to assit us with an early check in. Grest location to access all of Condessa, Roma and surrounding neighborhoods. Clean and cozy with a terrace overlooking Jacarandas and the bustling city at your feet. There is a popular restaurant bar below so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to noise. We werent bothered and felt it added to our experience of the city.

Absolutely fantastic. I chose a street facing room with a wrap around balcony. I loved sitting outside and watching the vibrant neighborhood. Plenty of hot water, a convenience store within walking distance to purchase a Telcel chip and avoid international roaming charges. There is a mini fridge in room. I brought my own coffee and used the communal kitchen. Delicious breakfast with eggs and fruit is provided at no charge. Highlight of my stay was having the hotel's driver, Juan Carlos. You can hire by the day or by the hour. He's extremely helpful and knows the city well. I wouldn't have been able to check off everything on my bucket list without him. Highly recommend Tao.

Lovely accommodation in a great location in mexico city - close to manye trendy bars and restaurants. The rooms are a good size, the beds are very comfy and everything is very well maintained and clean. The host and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is a good size and selection
