The atmosphere was great and excellent service with friendly staff. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Maybe not my kind of Japanese food but this is a Japanese fusion. Every roll was stuffed with cheese or cream and with some sweet syrup sauce. I avoid sashimi as am not sure of freshness. I ordered a baby octopus and fried rice and sake. The baby octopus was stuffed with sweet cream cheese and with a disappointing sugary syrup. The seafood fried rice was below average- you could only taste salt. Sake was my best bet as it was served from the bottle. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I had to run across to Salon Corona for some beer and good pastor taco and chicharron taco.
