The service is good, employees are kind. However, they don't get the drinks right. I specifically asked for tea with no sugar and they served it with sugar. I had to throw away my drink :(

The staff are all very kind. They also give free samples sometimes. The cafe is always clean and the music isn't overwhelmingly loud like at some other Starbucks.

Had the usual amenities associated with Starbucks, but a big issue in the morning is the sun hits you right in the nose and eyes, and there isn't even an attempt to put blinds or something. At times I've found work tables with some small trash in the charging-computer area, as if it were cleaned in a rush. Aside from that, employees are kind and welcoming. Service is fast.
