Big pet store with all the essentials for pets, cats, dogs and small species like birds and rodents, they also offer a grooming salon and nursery for dogs. I like that they promote adoption and they offer a lot of cool toys, food and sand options, they also sell furniture, dishes and water fountains.

Every single time I come here the male and woman security guards follow us around. The woman will stand at the top of the aisle and just watch us as we move through out the store. Literally until we leave. No one should experience this level of treatment, especially when trying to patronize a business. I refuse to shop here again.

In my very subjective opinion, this is the best Petco I've been to in Mexico City so far. Even though my dog's vet is stationed at another branch, I felt the hospitality in this one the most. It's pretty big so it has a lot of stuff as you would imagine but the staff are very welcoming and polite too. It's by a Hyper Soriana supermarket so there is a huge parking lot and the grooming service staff are very approachable compared with another branch I visited on the same day.

Nice place to get supplies for your pets. Want to take your furbaby with you? Go ahead! Have them pick a toy or a treat. Just be a responsible human, and take them with a leash.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked when I go in. The staff are also very patient if you don't speak Spanish very well.

Very nice store. They are inside the shopping center. Parking is available. Ask for your courtesy ticket.
