Bad things: Had to wait a long time in reception for check in, perhaps understaffed. Dirty, toilet non functional. Beds not very comfy but it didn't matter too much to me. Good thing: helpful staff, when they're available. This was a Thursday night. Many customers (but not a social vibe). Cheap. Ultimately you get what you pay for! Enough if you just want to sleep for cheaps

The hostel is a really cool place with an awesome location, really close to important spots in Mexico City and in a nice neighborhood with a chill vibe. The dorms where clean and fairly comfy, and they have an awesome rooftop.
Tho they have a serious problem with quite hours I had people coming and going until 4 am, being completely disrespectful with people sleeping, and the kitchen was completely gross. The staff wasn't rude but it wasn't really helpful either

Hot water when you need it, wifi in the lobby, clean beds, free breakfast of cereal and toast. It's a solid hostel with everything you need it you're backpacking through Mexico City.

Update: My girlfriend and I needed to stay here an extra night and they were totally booked up. At the last minute the very friendly and helpful Man working the front desk got us a room and THEN upgraded us to a private suite for free! :)

5 stars for the staff here.

Great reception, great beds, but the bathrooms need a bit of work - they smell and are not very clean overall.

(Translated by Google) Choosing this hostel is putting your accommodation in good hands. The highlight is the staff which is very friendly, answer questions, provide you with what you need and are always very attentive, unlike other establishments. It is safe, you can feel confident, smoke-free, it is well located, you can use the kitchen and it is a hygienic place. Very good option for price-quality. I will return in December knowing that it is a reliable, safe place and where the attention is excellent.
