I have had a very bad experience in that gym. First of all it took forever for their system to be able to add me to the database of clients. Although I had paid 2000 pesos for 1 month, the automatic gate would never work properly. The app was dysfunctional. There was some woman chasing me around the gym to force me to put the mask when I was on my own jogging on the tread mill. Some of alcool gel dispensers were empty and over all I did not like the vibe in that gym. But the worse is that I thought that by paying 2000 pesos on July 9th, my membership would be covered for one month until August 9th but I realized, the first 2000 pesos covered 22 days for July, and that i was going to get charged again on August 1st. Basically I feel I am being robbed of 500 pesos. The sauna did not work and there was an issue with the door in the steam room. I cancelled my membership on the spot and will join another gym that is more honest and clear with how much they want to charge me. I don't recommend that gym.
