Hotel City Express Suites Anzures

We had a reservation for 2 bedroom suite made 4 months in advance with a break of 2 nights in the middle. We left our suitcases in the hotel’s keep intending to return for a second stay within 2 nights. Upon coming back, not only we were told there was no room available as we reserved but a “simple room”, but they tried to move us to other hotels at different areas, falsely telling us they are the same as we requested at the same pay. After an hour and a half of arguing, we gave up and moved to a nearby “same suites hotel”, which turned out to be nothing of the kind. Although they are greatly situated and have comfortable rooms, I don’t recommend this hotel simply for their deceitful behavior.

I have stay around 20 times in this hotel because is the one my company have a agreement with and is close to my office, but besides the location and the rooms there's not that much that is good about this hotel. Reception, sometimes there's nobody other times is always somebody new who is either learning or don't have people skills, I have arrive a few times before check in and never is possible to have an early room, but what is work they don't even have wifi to share while you wait. Most of the times at arrival wifi doesn't work and you have to call reception to fix it, I mean is just a call but it seems to happens more and more often. The breakfast is really poor, not great selection and the quality is ok at best. if you stay on the first and sometimes second floor you can hear a lot of noises from the streets or inside the hotel like a engine room or something.

travel was wonderfull But at the same Time tire because it was a work trip i can said that the hotel Is big the rooms are comportable all the people who work there are so friendly they make you feel at home and it Is unique the Price its Good its open all day and the Best Is holidays the low price when i had Free Time i could visit The gym ,pool ,spa,bar and casino .. all of them are Places so luxurious its open allá night and you can swim at any time my travel my trip lasted a week, even though it was a work trip my experience was Funny But something i didn't like was the Location in taxi or Uber to arrived Town Is the 20 mn and Around the hotel there are few shops to buy.

It's nice. Great location. Price is very reasonable

Clean rooms , very slow check in , they had problems with their system.
