The meat was great as always, service was fast, but the entree my suegros ordered came after the main course, meaning they had to send the main back, to eat the entree first.
My wife was not happy with her dessert, the chocolate lava, it takes 20 minutes, which is normal and no problem, but when it arrived it was burned on the outside and cold on the inside, and cajeta instead of chocolate.
We had to send that back.
They tried to solve it properly so on that part they did good.

Excellent service w/valet parking. Octavio gives excellent service as a waiter????????. Tasty food with an outstanding portion. It is our go to for mine and my husband's dinner date.

A little disappointed. Had a wonderful time at the central downtown location on my last visit. Watched the waiter prepare marrow for another table and I resolved to try it this time. Our waiter told us they don't have it on the menu.????
Ok, then a 400 gr rib eye . Nope, out. They only had 800.???? Ordered the New York. Cooked correctly but the meat was somewhat tough. Later saw another table being served the narrow!???? We asked a different waiter who pointed to the taco section of the menu . . . marrow. This experience was a letdown compared to our visit to the other location.

A very average place with way overpriced food. They try to entice you with 2 for 1 cocktails but what we had was more watered down than usual, and their food is a bit stale for the price. The place is more for presentation than quality.

This is the very worst of the whole chain of restaurants. I had the worst time ever, twice! The food is regular, but the service is really bad. The waiters forget the order, they are very rude and even discrimination takes place here (I saw the waiter making fun of a couple of guys and even the waiter quit serving them). Don't go here, there are other options, and there are other Sonora Grills in the zone. THE VERY WORST.

Nice dinner with friends, didn't go for the most expensive cut but one piece was delicious and the other slightly disappointing as it was quite chewy. The overall impression was ok but nothing too amazing. Wine and starters were good.
