The weightlifting area is really decent in size, I would say it's more than enough. I don't like walking up and down the narrow staricase to get from one floor to another for my routine. It's never a good idea to split a gym in a building.

This place is not turist friendly. I am a serious weight lifter in vacation for the first time in Mexico City. Wanted to get a quick work out and found this gym. They don't have a plan for visitors or for people who dont live in the city. THEY DID NOT LET ME WORK OUT...NOT EVEN IF I PAID A FEE FOR THE DAY...INCREDIBLE!!!..All they care is signing up people for memberships. GREED!!! and do not care about people fitness and tourists...If you are visiting Mexico City and want to work out, don't go to this gym.

It is not as full as I expected between 6-8 pm. Enough machines and weights for everybody. Instructors are just ok
