One of the smaller gyms of the brand but users did not waste time on the phone. It may be smaller but seemed more effective than compared to the bigger facilities. Don't come if your not prepared to work hard,or get out of the way of those who are.

This gym is great! The location is perfect and the staff is very nice and friendly. I'm taking off a star because the gym quite small and due to this some things are missing such as a squat rack. But it's possible to make it work with the Smith machines they have.

Great and helpful staff. Clean facilities and good working equipment. Sometimes during busy hours the front desk does get backed up so if you want administrative help I recommend coming in after the morning rush or before the afternoon rush. I have a black membership and can go to various locations in the city. It's great! Again the only issue is getting access sometimes because the front desk is backed up during rush hour times. Very happy overall.

It is a small unit but it has the basics, which is pretty convenient.

This location is a little bit smaller, but it is split into 3 floors, and laid out very well. Staff are very friendly.
