Everything was super delicious with original flavors. We had the menu al día with "agua del día" (pineapple water), "sopa" (choice between chickpea vegetable, tomato-based leak potato or spinach cream soup), una "entrada" (toastada con tinga de zanahoria y flor de jamaica y aguacate - toasted corn tortilla with a topping of carrots and hibiscus flowers and avocado slices) and "plato fuerte" (pasta with poblano chili cream and vegetables, accompanied by toasted garlic bread). The food was well seasoned with a good level of spiciness - maybe not by Mexican standards ;-) but green chili sauce was served on the side if desired. El menu del día was super affordable for 90 pesos and filling for a normal appetite. "El postre" was not included, so we ordered an additional piece of carrot cake with nuts, which was one of the two cakes offered as the desert that day (the other being banana bread with granola). The carrot cake could have been less sweet to let the flavors shine more than the sweetness only. Portion size was really good for 40 pesos, though. I also had a coffee with soy milk.Other plant milk choices are coconut and almond. They also offer breakfast and lunch options from the menu, which sounded very tasty. Service was super friendly and attentive. Overall a really good experience and also the non-vegans liked it. We will definitely come for lunch again. Opening hours are from 9 am to 5 pm (Mon - Fri) and 11 am to 6 pm on Sundays.
