Drs and nurses are really nice persons and perform their jobs as expected, no concerns, however the administration is quite nasty service.
A night before leaving the hospital we received a phone call demanding for the payment, which certainly we were gonna do (none of us wanted to leave my patient onto the hospital) even though these persons asked to the person who was on the room: " what are you gonna do if your family does not pay?" ... then today when trying to rise a complaint the girl on the phone told me "caballerito no tengo tiempo para tu llamada".

The facilities are good, but the administration is 100% unhelpful.
I went for a knee MRI and before I paid, I explained my insurance needs a proper receipt stating what I paid for.
They gave me a paper that says "medical, dental or hospital fees".
I explained that this not enough for the insurance, but to no avail... apparently, a 2-word description in the receipt is too much too ask.

In contrast, Medica Sur automatically gives you a fully detailed receipt for any payment. Too bad they are not as close to our place, but next time I know where to go.

The worst administration service ever! Keep you as a hostage to settle the bill and not letting you leave the hospital, even though the delay of payment and documentation caused by the hospital administration. No one knows what they are doing, no one takes responsibility. Bunch of people sitting around doing nothing. Ahorita ahorita, déjame checar, déjame verificar but never hear anything back.
Make sure with your doctor before admitting yourself into this hospital, and prepare your check out of the hospital when you check in or at least one day before. Otherwise you will be trapped in the hospital bed forever!!!

Excellent care great attention to detail. Moderate prices and quick help with insurance paperwork! Best hospital in the city!
