Really bad. The stuff is terribly mean. Got sour milk in my coffee and when I asked to change- I don’t speak English! Well, may be you should if you work in Hotel industry. My room wasn’t cleaned in 2 days; i was accused in not removing “do not disturb sign” when i did and I requested house keeper upon leaving my room, i asked to change the room and they gave me not cleaned room with cubic hair, almond nuts and someone’s boarding pass on bed lining, I asked to do something and was laughed at my face rudely. Breakfast is only a picture and only 4 times a week available. Extremely noisy as all windows are facing the lobby yard. Eventually i was upgraded to a suite which was much calmer. But overall experience- never again!

Excelente option, very close to everywhere in Mexico city. Quiet and quaint.

Not a real hotel. Friendly but many issues.
1. Not clean: Carpet not vacuumed, hairs in the sheets, bathroom floor gray with dirt, doors filthy.
2. Kitchenette? Not without utensils or cookware of any kind, fridge not working. No coffee maker.
3. Laundry? Ridiculous- ancient machines tucked in a dark nook, someone's belongings stashed in the dryer.
4. Reception friendly but not on site most of the day.

Very nice place in Colonial style with a pleasant design, cozy rooms and good breakfast The only problem is lack of hot water in the sink, while it is connected to the shower

Great place to stay in Polanco. Close to the great Gruppo Modelo brewery, park and national anthropology museum!

Safe. Friendly. Beautiful. Inexpensive. Dirty rooms.
