Nice open space on the top floor. You'll need to get buzzed in downstairs. The best yoga classes I've found in CDMX.

Best yoga you could find in the city. There are also advance classes. Very simple studio with a great teacher. Classes are by donation. You can find their schedule through their instagram. This is definitely where i will be back to take classes.

Highly reccomend!!! Excellent intermediate level class. Though in Mexico for several years, Michael is originally from LA and throws in some English to the practice if you need it. It's hard to find - no signs, but look for the address and a lovely gentleman will let you in the gate. 5th floor. I went about 5 minutes early, that's all you need. For travellers they have mats provided. By donation, ideally 60+ pesos. ♡

Wonderful yoga environment and community, and a strong class. Michael is a great instructor and uses some English when needed.

Angie's class was really engaging and interesting, the time flew by. Beautiful space. Would definitely go back again!
