We stayed for 2 nights, the first night, we couldn’t sleep as the AC was making a lot of noise every 5 minutes and since they don’t have a 24hr front desk you can’t do anything about it until the morning. They changed us to another room the next day and the second room was not very clean, we actually found lingerie on the floor when we came in. Then, the bathroom smelled really bad like drainage when we showered next morning (made showering quite unpleasant), the hotel is very pretty but it’s so sad that it’s not being maintained adequately. For our third night, we ended up moving hotels to the Hyatt Regency 5 minutes away to finish our trip in Mexico City.

Such a cute and unique hotel. The lobby was filled with flowers and smelled so beautiful. The rooms were small but very cute as well. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. To see more my Instagram is @wildadventuresofray

Such a gem of a hotel! Incredibly beautiful in an excellent location with fantastic service. We stayed in a suite, and it was just lovely. We also ordered breakfast to the room, and it arrived quickly and was exactly what we wanted. Loved it here!

Location is good as it is in walking distance to the Chapultepec park and many shops/restaurants. Continental breakfast thats included was ok but service wasn’t great. Seemed like they really wanted to get us to purchase from the not included menu. Room was not clean. Lots of dust/dirty under the bed, duvet ripped u0026 more dust around the lighting fixtures. Save yourself some $ u0026 just book a bnb, you’ll end up with a cleaner stay u0026 better service.

I love love love this hotel. The service has been exceptional, they still carry your luggage to your room. Friendly staff. Cool instagram Pic spots and the rooms are ????????????

Cute boutique hotel. Best bed sheets and pillows, gorgeous bathrooms. They had some construction when we stayed starting 9am (we sleep till 11, so it was disturbing). Didn’t hear it when stayed at the room on the ground floor first couple days.
