The food is nice. The ambiance is very cozy and fine. Staff are polite but the service is very bad and slow. You order something and it never arrives or they bring something wrong. It’s not staffs fault, they are so few to serve the crowd

Loved it!

The flavors are really good, the quality of them are excellent.

The service is not the best, quite slow.
They respect the COVID distance on each table, they also have a we for the menu.

The price is ok.
And they have a great variety for food.

The uneaten pizza really tells the story. Not one ingredient on it tasted as it should have including the crust. The pasta was unremarkable. There are much better Italian options in CDMX.

Wow. And not in a good way. I don't normally leave such negative reviews, but after a year in CDMX this is one of the worst places I have tried. You'd be better off opening a jar of sauce and boiling dry noodles at home. It's ridiculous the positive reviews this place gets.

We really tried to give this restaurant its chance and come back every couple of months but definitely no, it's not good. Pasta is nearly always overcooked, or too salty, or just.. meh.. Pizzas are basic, very oily, even the dough is not that great... Definitely not the best Italian option in La Roma, sorry.
I guess all people who gave it a good note probably never had proper Italian food.

We were originally going to go to a restaurant nearby but the wait time was long and Nonsolo was not busy (1st red flag). We were given a table upstairs which was dirty but the waitress quickly cleaned it up. I order a glass of wine and was told there was a special, 2 for 1. I said, that works. The waitress brought both wine glasses at the same time… no big deal. We ordered and waited for our food for quite sometime. Waitress brought bread for all tables but ours - we just thought that she forgot so again, no big deal. They bring a margarita pizza, it is just a cheese pizza, nothing else. After bringing the pizza, the waitress finally brings out the bread and oil and our other fried gets their meal. I get the soup which I ordered as an appetizer and not as main course. Everyone finished their meal and I didn’t get mine. We’re getting ready to pay and they bring my main course, a lasagna which clearly she forgot to bring. I asked that she pack it to go as everyone had already ate. She said, you didn’t ask me to bring it at the same time as everyone else’s meal. SERIOUSLY!!! She kept telling me that and said it was my fault. The food is mediocre to say the least but, it was the service and waitress attitude that earns them a 2 star.
