Wow. There is a reason the wait time is close to 45 min.
The meat here by itself is marinated so well and is absolutely incredible.
Appetizer: We started with soju (sweet liquor to cool us down and wet our appetite) and a Sapporo beer for everyone (to balance out the heavy meats). We should have ordered the dumplings.
Dinner: costillia de res en marinada en salsa de soya, punta de res bañada en salsa de ajonjolí, 6 piezas de camarón (we 4 were so full no one even tried them ????), kalbijjim (sopa - super rich and sweet plus extreme spice, thick broth -everyone likes it but me), budaejigae (sopa - delicious light ramen like broth with plenty of meat to share - I liked this soup more than everyone).
Dessert: helado de lichee - super refreshing to share with others after a heavy dinner like this
This was easily enough food for 6 people.
