A night out for a couple of days of traveling, very good option
Room cleaning on the highest level.
Comfortable room with air conditioning.
The window is small but it opens.
I did have a view of the building, but I have not come to stay in a hotel, but to travel, so it will have to do.

Positive: The staff were so friendly and professional. We had to extend our stay and they adapted seamlessly. The location is also incredible--walking distance to the best of Roma, the Bosque de Chapultepec and the gorgeous Reforma. Negative: The rooms are old, with some wear around the edges. Still impeccably clean and comfortable.

Positive: It was clean and inexpensive. Negative: I did not get my wakeup call. The taxi was not marked as a taxi or have any other thing one would expect: meter; navigation device; license displayed. I asked the person at the counter to verify that it was indeed a taxi. That's a little too much to handl

Clean rooms, breakfast very good and lots of choices. Perfect location to be, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, amenities, Banks and clubs. Customer Service can improve a little as that lady was always in a bad mood but overall I had a great experience

Super clean, nice staff. Ideal and close to many places including the angel of independence u0026 the Parque de Chapultepec it’s about a 10 min walk. Victor who was always in the front while we visited was super nice u0026 went out of his way to help us in any way we needed.

A real nice hotel, in a very convenient location, friendly service and very affordable for the quality.
Even though the building is old, the interior is kept up in pristine conditions, the and bed and the pillows are comfortable, and all seems real clean
Definitely will come back

Positive: Excellent location, felt safe walking , across the street from ¿El à ngel de la Independencia ¿, clean room and friendly staff Negative: I did not like that I booked a room for 4 people with two beds but when I arrived at the hotel I was charged for the extra person. They said the room was only for two people and that I needed to pay extra for my 15 year old son.
