An extraordinary museum, a must visit if you’re in CDMX. The architecture is beautiful, you’ll want to take pictures in every floor. I payed a little fee to take pictures so I didn’t feel any guards chasing me as I read on another review. The expositions were about mexican culture without showing much about colonists as the exhibit in Chapultepec castle. You need at least 3 hours to visit it entirely.

Very impolite people and not worth it, Suomaya museum is so much better. Hopefully on Sunday it's free, so don't need to pay entrance fee, even foreigners.
Btw, the museum is full of security guards and they will be looking at your smartphone's screen so you don't have any privacy.

Muy groseros y no vale la pena, el museo Suomaya es mucho mejor.

For what they charge for the entrance fees this place offers so so much to see... the paintings, the sculptures. Very impressive. Well maintained architecture. Book stall in front of the museum is a must visit too

I cannot believe we had not visited this place on my many trips to CDMX. Beautiful paintings and sculptures, a must visit place for the art and architecture fanatics.

Incredible building. A must visit!! $80 pesos to visit. Free if you are a student.

Beautiful building, the staircase alone was worth it, plus a Rembrandt and history of Mexican art. Loved this beautiful museum.

Absolutely gorgeous museum with an impressive collection of colonial Spanish and Mexican art.
