I have been visiting this wonderful cozy family restaurant for many years.Olivia (proprietor) oversees all operations and insures all dishes are prepared to high standards. The Pasta meals are very good and they have a nice Wine List.I live in San Diego and know that Mio Sogno would be successful here in "Little Italy".
Definitely worth a visit.

considering that one plate of pasta will cost you about 9usd and a drink 2.5usd the service is good the food nothing extraordinary the highlight is that they offer a basquet wiht warm bread. the wine list could be smaller but better missing a chianti and some Italian classics and is a bit redicoulus to piad 5 usd for glass of cheap concha y toro wine or a Argentina malbec. desserts nothing different that could characterize them French creps German struddel and gelato.
