Casa Brigante is my favorite pizza in CDMX, and it was a complete accident that I passed by their place while taking a walk. I've probably tried over a dozen pizza places and I think both of the top choices are here in Del Valle. This is #1.

My advice is to ask for your pizza to be cooked crispy. I usually do this anyways but forgot recently and it was very doughy. Regardless, their flavors are simply amazing. The Pizza Contadina is one of the tasty pizzas I've ever had. The cheese is unique, comes with sliced pears and nuts, with white sauce. These flavors coming together is quite a unique experience for the palette. Their regular pepperoni and cheese pizza is also great.

Besides pizza, other items on are the menu are superb. The calzone, called the Panzerotto con Pomodoro w/ house cheese and fresh mozzarella is waaaaaay to good. A side of cheese bread, the Focaccia Brigante, complements the pizza nicely. Both sides of fries are also solid, I prefer the option that is not French Fries. Really unique taste and love the sauce.

The first time I had their pizza, I ordered twice more within ten days. Highly recommended. No pics because I ate it too fast.
