The room is affordable, relatively good standards (shampoos, water, and stuff), but our didn't have a window (only one giving on the courtyard)! Still recommend it!

If you are looking for a basic hotel in a good location, a place to sleep and shower, this is it.
Very good location. 10-20 minutes walk to Chilpancingo metro, parque Mexico, parque Espana, Vitali spa, Mercado Medellin (coconut water for 25 peso) and Por Siempre Vegana (best vegan al pastor taco starting at 15 peso). There are restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, produce store, juice stand, OXXO, 7 eleven just outside the hotel.
The cons are the noise from the street which is to be expected for being in the middle of convenience.
This is my third stay and will be back. Muchas Gracias Marianna and Luis!

The location is perfect good safe feel, nice restaurants within walking distance, staff are extremely friendly room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is old but has been well looked after, I will say this though it is cheap and you get what you pay for so no bells and whistles.

It was better than what I was expected, obviously it's not a luxury hotel but the room is nice and clean. The lobby is quaint and the like the atrium. The location is also in La Condesa which is a good area in Mexico City. The are restaurants and convenient stores just across the street. It's also a very good option if you are traveling on a budget. The staff are also very polite although they speak English but for me it wasn't a huge problem. I can would like to stay here again.

None of the workers wear face masks though they are required in the hotel and there are signs everywhere promoting "sanitation" and the need to wear masks while in the public areas. Made us uncomfortable as they go into each room without them during a pandemic. We put a "do not disturb" sign on the door handle and low and behold we returned to a cleaned room. If you want to be put at risk of COVID-19, to build that herd immunity, stay here.
