Currently it's under renovation and it's the worst place I've spent a night in my last 4 months traveling the Américas. There is noisy music until late after midnight. The whole property looks like banged up, everything is dirty, dusty, nobody has a clue what's going on. All the furniture in the common areas is stacked on top of each other, wall paint cans are standing around. Everything is sticky and dusty at the same time. No place to sit. Dirty dishes are stacked in the kitchen area. Still they let you book full price if available. I booked a private room with bathroom with breakfast included. There is not sink! The hot water is working late a night, but not in the mornings. Nobody is there before 9am regarding breakfast, you could make yourself an instant Nescafe, if you would find some cups under the dirty dishes and wash them. But I was itching already to see the Pyramids, they're stealing my time! I also wanted to extend my room since the night before I even moved in, but nobody could make any statement or take my money. Then next morning at 9am my room was already booked, so I got basically kicked out. Although they offered to clean up an empty room in the 2nd floor and throw some mattress in, but that wasn't what I was looking for for 500 Pesos. Maybe when they're done renovating, the area certainly has its charme.

Awesome location very central to heaps of places and things to do !!!

Staff are friendly and the tours through the hostel for - “Hang out Mexico” - are worth it !!!

I spent excellent evenings with their companies discussing each other's travels and cultures. They gave me great advice on choosing restaurants, bars, places to visit etc ... It is for this reason that I chose this hostel, due to its location. Indeed, the district of La Roma is great, both culturally and festively, but also because it is a super safe area. Public transport is nearby and allows you to explore the city as much as possible. A few steps away you have Reforma Avenue, the most beautiful avenue that I have seen in Mexico City, many parks, many restaurants, nightclubs too, and an incalculable number of museums etc ... In short, activities varied that correspond to everyone and something to occupy you a good time :)

Je suis restée un peu plus de 2 mois dans cette auberge de jeunesse et je serai bien restée plus longtemps. Tout d'abord parce que mon accueil là bas à été génial, un personnel international qui était à mon écoute et au petit soins tous les jours. J'ai passé d'excellentes soirées en leurs compagnies à discuter des voyages, des cultures de chacun. Il m'ont étés de super bon conseil quant à choisir les restaurent, les bar, les lieux à visiter etc... C'est d'ailleurs pour cette raison que j'ai choisi cette auberge, de part sa localisation. En effet le quartier de La Roma est géniale, aussi bien sur le plan culturel que festif, mais également car c'est un secteur super safe. Les transports en commun sont à proximités et vous permettent de visiter un maximum la ville. A quelques pas vous avez Reforma Avenue, la plus belle des avenue que j'ai pu voir à Mexico, de nombreux parcs, beaucoup de restaurent, de boite de nuit aussi, et un nombre incalculable de musée etc... En bref des activités variées qui correspondent à chacun et de quoi vous occuper un bon moment :)
