We started with their appetizer of tortilla chips with beans. The moment we noticed the holy leaf in the beans, we confirmed that we were going to eat very well. We ordered the cilantro pistachio cream (10/10), the plantain tacos drowned in mole (10/10), the tinga crepes (8/10, too much cream), the burnt chipotle black mole (8/10 , very large portion), the broad bean soup (7/10, not very tasty) and the dry noodle (6/10, not very tasty and poor presentation). For dessert, the floating island (baked nougat egg) is unmissable because it is unique (10/10). We also took some astorgas because they look good in color and very soft.

Nonetheless, we really went for the CHILES EN NOGADA! These were an 8/10. Nothing disappointing but not life changing. The nogada has an acid touch that slightly irritates the tongue, but the filling turned out great and is second to none.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars because despite the years, they still need to work on their customer service.

No obstante, ¡realmente fuimos por los CHILES EN NOGADA! Estos fueron un 8/10. Nada descepcionantes pero no nos cambiaron la vida. La nogada tiene un toque ácido que irrita levemente la lengua, pero el relleno resultó buenísimo y no tiene igual.
