We loved staying at Laila Hotels! The staff and their amazing manager Marisol went out of their way to help us out in everything and made our stay here memorable and amazing! The hotel is well equipped and they had everything we needed. But what stands out most is their staff - they're amazing people that treated us like family and went above and beyond anything we could hope for. From the helpful bellmen that helped us bringing our food upstairs when we were sick and greeted us every single time, to the friendly and professional staff at the front desk that arranged everything we needed, to the helpful cleaning crew and the restaurant staff, they all deserve our deepest gratitude for making Laila Hotel our home for the several months we spent here. Thanks Laila Team, we'll be sure to recommend you to all our friends and family! We'll miss you!

My first time Tracy out of the United States, I have been to Germany, Austria, Poland, France and my last stop before home Mexico City. I have found the most wonderful hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying. I cannot say enough good things about management and the people that work here. It has been the most wonderful, eloquent, stay of my life. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I made a last minute reservation going by some good reviews and a great price. The reviews did not say just how fabulous this place is. I cannot wait to come back here. I have worked in sales and customer service for 20 years and I have never seen anything like this. I am overwhelmed at how wonderful the people are here and how beautiful and fabulous this hotel is, I cannot say enough great things, it’s amazing!!!

This is a very nice hotel, well located in downtown, close to restaurants. The staff is very friendly, they always greet you with a smile and offer you help. The feeling is that the hotel is well managed.

We had a minor issue with the TV and the staff was very prompt and quick to address it very professionally.

We'll stay here again! Highly recommended!

Great experience overall. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with all of our requests, including scheduling the hot air balloon ride and having someone come to the hotel for our covid test before our return flight (cost $50-$100). Great location, too, there are many nice, little restaurants and cafes close by and it's walking distance to the museums and attractions along the Ave Paseo de la Reforma. The neighborhood felt safe and there are police officers randomly stationed on street corners all over Mexico City. We had breakfast once at the hotel restaurant and it was great, the pancakes especially were delicious. I will say that I wish there had been a small refrigerator in the room and I agree the room was a bit small, but the overall experience was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff at reception and in particular the doormen. Rooms not good. They sell themselves as a 3 start, but on Booking.com they sell it as a 4 star wich it is not. Rooms shabby. Nice location with loads of restaurants and shopping close by.
