I can't stand music NOISE from distant clubs til early morning.

Was supposed to be in King bedroom but was put in a double bed instead the first night. Next day I switched rooms but left my newly bought jacket in the old room. A few hours later when I realized this i contacted staff and they said nothing was in there. i asked to check myself and it was gone. No hot water the entire time in 4th floor rooms. Beds are good but pillows too thick and not comfortable. Rooms themselves are nice and gym is great but will not be back after this last experience

I’m posting two stars not because I had the worst experience, but because this is more like a 2 star than 4.5 star hotel. I mostly stay in the latter kind of hotel (thanks, business travel) and this is nothing of the sort. The decor is early 1980s. There is a slight but off putting smell in the rooms (especially in the closet). The furniture and walls are marred—a lot! Remote for TV didn’t work. Bed was VERY uncomfortable—hard as nails.
The staff are friendly enough. The linen appears to be clean. But that’s kind of a low bar.

The safe needed to be reset and the security guy was only available at 10pm. Rather than risk being unable to leave with my passport etc... to the airport I stored it in my suitcase. After the maid had cleaned I returned and I checked and US$80 (from the $300 that was there) had been taken. The hotel said they can do nothing because it wasn't in the safe. Basically you can't win with a faulty safe and thieving staff.
On my check-in I was supposed to be in a King Suite. They put me n the correct room after I queried it. Fairly noisy because the windows don't close properly (in either room). Clean. Good gym. Would definitely not recommend after the theft.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Location is everything and Park Nilo is close to main touristic venues, museums and theatres. It has it all.

Good location, in the middle of a good area of restaurants and interest places, very safe and walkable, 4 blocks away from zona rosa a couple of blocks away from Angel de La Independencia.
