Everyone who left a review saying the staff is rude, you are correct.
Prepare to get yelled at and sent to another location that is not even open.
Advice to the staff: any human coming to receive medical testing is having a bad time in their life. Try to have compassion and kindness. I hope someone is nice to you the next time you need medical attention.

En esta ocasión le pongo 3 estrellas pues al llegar a hacerme mi estudio, y sin considerar que estaba lloviendo muy fuerte me dijeron que tenia que esperar afuera en la puerta de entrada ( si bien no me estaba mojando ...el viento estaba frío) , posteriormente al terminar mi estudio se me informó que mi resultado lo recibiría hasta el lunes ( vía telefónica me aseguraron que lo recibiría mañana sábado por la tarde) . Al comentar esto me dijeron que ésa es la logística e información que manejan, pedí dejar una nota para que lo tomarán en cuenta pues no coincidían las informaciones y me respondieron : usted puede levantar su queja o dejar su queja al mismo número dando todos los datos y el nombre de quién lo atendió. Acto seguido me invitaron a salir lo más pronto posible debido a el aforo permitido en las instalaciones ( el lugar estaba vacio)
