The convenience of location was great! The 24 hour coffee and water availability was a nice amenity, alongside the free shuttle service with in 6km. The place was very affordable and staff was very friendly. They did not all speak English, but they always tried to. They were never rude or frustrated with us not understanding/ speaking great Spanish. (They used Google translate to help). The room was very clean and looked like a high quality presentation. Complimentary Breakfast was hot and had about 2-3 different hot food options every morning. The breakfast also featured 2 types of juice, two kinds of toast, variety of local pastries, 2 kinds of cereal, 2-3 yogurts/ cottage cheese and a few plates of fruit or cheese and meats. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel. Would absolutely recommend using them and definitely consider staying there again.

This is better hotel though situated slightly away from heart of city. you have everything you need in vicinity like a mall and convenience store etc. The rooms are good clean and tidy the amenities are just to suffice your purpose.overall good hotel for the rate it offers. The breakfasts is good all in all value for money.

The water from the sink was clogged up, and the shower was not so good either. The way the door is set up in the toilet is uncomfortable and a hazard. The bed was comfortable. I asked for a wake up call at 5:45 and this did not take place.

I love the free shuttle service offered by the hotel if the place you go is less than10 kilometers from the hotel. For example, the ride to the Zócalo (Cathedral and President office) is free. And they also go to pick up where you are. Excellent!

The hotel is average. Hard to reach due to the hard traffic around. The breakfast is the worst thing at all. The room was clean. No fridge in the room.

Excelent location, as it is situated right I'm front of a shopping center. Also, a really comfortable place to stay overnight. I really liked the fact that you have the option to choose between individual, double or cuadruple rooms. Good service overall.

Nice place to rest but food is not so good, price is okay and it is in a safe place and it is close of bus stations and train stations.
