Great place to eat steaks, great service specially our waiter Gerry. He made us feel like home. The buffet was very rich served with all kind of fresh veggies, salads and fruits. Also in the buffet a good varie of different sausages. I recommend this place to all the meat lovers ;)

Well, if you want to sit and listen to THUMPY repetitive supermarket music while eating expensive steak then this is the place for you. We packed up our food and took it home. Who chooses the type of music? Of all the music available who dredges this up? Anyways, each to it’s own. The service was nice, the place was attractive but…. Never Again!

Food is ok and prices are accordingly. I went there because it was my birthday and we were nearby in La Condesa. Service was ok but when we paid, waiter pushyly suggested us to leave a higher tip. I hadn't gone there in few years because of covid, and now, because of that, I don't think I'll do it again. For that price, i would have many options in the area.

In A Nutshell:

-La Vid Argentina is a good restaurant to check out in the La Condesa neighborhood.
-You can order from the menu a la carte or choose the buffett, which I did.
-The buffett consists of cold cuts meats, salads, a couple soups, some Argentinian dishes u0026 you get access to the pasta bar, which was really, really delicious.
-The pasta bar had ravioli which I had made to order by the cook w/ marinara sauce.
-Also included are a choice of empanadas, I choose the ham u0026 cheese it was super tasty especially w/ the chimichuri sauce.
-The wait staff, hostess u0026 manager are were all great.
-I especially enjoyed my short conversations w/ Kevin my waiter u0026 the manager Moises brought me out a cut of Argentinian beef w/ mashed sweet potato on the house.
-The restaurant building is very cool, its 2 stories w/ indoor u0026 outdoor patio seating on a corner.

Overall, this place caught my eye during several Uber rides so I am glad I checked it out. Maybe next time I will order from the menu!

José Hernandez was very attentive and very knowledgeable of his menu. I loved the arrachera cut. I recommend the place very clean and well located
