Just came back from the restaurant today and honestly, we’ve never been so confused about what kind of “meat” we were served today. The “meat” we were served definitely WAS NOT entrecôte like how they advertise in their menu in the front of the restaurant. No flavor, weird texture, and looked very much like processed meat. We made this comment to our waitress and she said that it was the lower part of the loin. Now if this is true, then the meat should have been juicy and flavorful, which it was not. But anyways, it’s not entrecôte. You shouldn’t advertise it as entrecôte when you are not serving that exact cut. When we go to a restaurant known for its specific cut of meat, we expect to eat that specific cut of meat. We are very familiar with Le Relais de Venise in Paris and frequent every time we are there, so we believe we know the quality that this restaurant brings.
Turned out to be an unfortunate experience where we were excited about in the beginning, but sadly will never return and will never recommend to any of our family and friends.
Fries and service was good today, but not enough to make us want to ever go back.
