No fuss, good ingredients, attentive yet not invasive service.

Food is well portioned and extremely well seasoned.

We were celebrating a promotion and they were kind enough to give us a free dessert with a candle on it.

Pro tip - go on a weekday.

Just came back from the restaurant today and honestly, we’ve never been so confused about what kind of “meat” we were served today. The “meat” we were served definitely WAS NOT entrecôte like how they advertise in their menu in the front of the restaurant. No flavor, weird texture, and looked very much like processed meat. We made this comment to our waitress and she said that it was the lower part of the loin. Now if this is true, then the meat should have been juicy and flavorful, which it was not. But anyways, it’s not entrecôte. You shouldn’t advertise it as entrecôte when you are not serving that exact cut. When we go to a restaurant known for its specific cut of meat, we expect to eat that specific cut of meat. We are very familiar with Le Relais de Venise in Paris and frequent every time we are there, so we believe we know the quality that this restaurant brings.

Turned out to be an unfortunate experience where we were excited about in the beginning, but sadly will never return and will never recommend to any of our family and friends.

Fries and service was good today, but not enough to make us want to ever go back.

Fabulous!! I’ve been to the ones in Paris and the one in cdmx is very similar down to the plates, chairs etc. Most importantly: the sauce tastes the same!!!

I've been visiting the Paris and London branches for over 20 years....quality here isn't the same, starter salad was good but main steak was of low quality....I would almost say "flank cut" it was tough and had gristle. Fries were very dry...the second portion I had to send back for fresh order.
Sauce was however the same. Dessert again a let down with pofiteroles tasting dry with ice cream not the same taste as French version. Price of meal was the same you would pay in london.

L’Entrecote is such a delightful restaurant. Super charming, and the food is always consistent and delicious. The service is also amazing. Highly recommend

Great place. A great simple salad with butter and herbs sauce, an awesome steak with French fries. All the desserts are great but the chocolate cake with ice cream is a must.
The service is great and charming staff.

We ate at this place during our previous visit to Mexico before the pandemic (early 2019) looking for the original "entrecôte" European experience, which happened to be the same at the time. This time (Oct 2021) we returned with the same intention and though the meat and sauce were good, the fries were greasy and hard, far from crunchy, the traditional Relais chocolate cake was a cheap version from the original and the portions were incredibly exagerated. Not to mention the price... also unjustified and more than exagerated for Mexican standards. Moreover, it was cold outside and still they refused to close the doors and even to turn off the fans on the ceiling, so we were not only freezing all throughout but the food got cold rather fast and you had none of the cosy environment of the French bistro. For a restaurant whose fix menu should be nothing less than perfect in terms of food and environment it was a total disappointment. I m not going back to this restaurant in Mexico ever again. Total rip off.
