I came to eat and bring my kids to have fun on they playground. To my surprise the trash cans were full, the play ground felty and unsafe.
I told the manager on duty but didnt even have wipes fir me to help them clean the playground a bit.
I also asked for nice water and they don't offer water.
Very disappointing visit to this place.

What a terrible customer service! Nothing has not changed! Bad experience taking my friends tonight here! Manager or supervisor not even a smile? Here is a picture of this person with a bad attitude and complaining about everything and the crew arguing while customer are here as well? Seriously, who ever is responsible is this area, please take action of getting better customer service please !

One of the worst experiences ever! They didn't have the chicken strips available. They didn't want to honor their "answer the survey and get free fries" promotion. Service was terribly slow. No customer service what so ever. Do yourself a favor and visit to another location. They totally ruined my Sunday lunch.

I know KFC in many countries and here in Mexico as well. Nowhere was I waiting for 52 minutes to deliver the menu. It is an experience I will not forget and I will talk about for a long time. Ludovít

Affordable and good quality. But if workers are in a meeting, they take ages to serve you, and also, late at night they stop the production so it's what they give you.

Nice place, nothing extraordinary, just like the others KFC. Eating upstairs is better.

I love KFC but the Mexico KFC chain are not as good as the USA. Both have good service but the USA menu have more choices.
