Ignacia is an absolute must, our entire experience was wonderful! The property is stunning and filled with amazing design details and inspiration. The rooms are perfectly equipped. Gina and Magda and their entire staff are wonderful. They were extremely communicative and helped us with everything we needed. We shared with them our interests and they helped arrange amazing dinners for us as well as providing a list of galleries, shops, museums completely tailored to our liking. The breakfast is delicious and the happy hour is as well. We will certainly be visiting again soon.

If you are going to Mexico City, stay here! Amazing boutique hotel in the tree lined streets of the Roma neighborhood. We stayed in the Black Room and it was impressive. Every thing was thought of for your comfort. Extremely clean, modern and great attention to detail. Now, for the part that makes this hotel amazing - the people. Gina, Magda, and Rosa make you feel as if you are at home. Due to Covid, many restaurants were closed for in dining. Gina and Magda gave us excellent recommendations, order for us (our Spanish is not the best), and set up place settings in the garden or inside. Better than a restaurant! The happy hour drinks were a highlight every day but the best was breakfast with Rosa. It was a culinary delight every morning. I cannot recommend Ignacia enough. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we travel extensively.
Note - they are taking every precaution with Covid and we felt extremely safe. This is only a five room hotel which is perfect social distancing. They kept the windows and doors open for good circulation.

Terrific place to stay in a great location! The best part may have been the service though-- everyone here was super helpful with recommendations and tips --and they cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning and made creative cocktails every evening. One of the few times when I'd recommend staying here over an AirBnB. While the rooms are a little on the smaller side, they are beautifully furnished which more than makes up for it.

Our stay at Ignacia guest house was absolutely perfect.
First, the hotel is exactly as it is presented in the pictures. The house is beautiful, sunlit and surrounded by a green yard. Everything is perfectly clean and fresh, both in the rooms and around the common spaces.
Our room was wonderful, with every detail cared for, from the soft sheets and towels to the high end toiletries and huge shower. We had a small balcony overlooking the yard which was a great spot both in the morning and evening. We also enjoyed sitting in the yard for cocktails and in the cozy library after our long walks around the city.
Beyond the beautiful hotel, the staff was another highlight of our trip. Gina, Julio, Magda and the rest of the staff are welcoming, hospitable and friendly. They helped us with anything we needed and gave us great information on surrounding attractions (and made us some reservations as well). They always took care of everything with a smile and truly made us feel welcome.
Overall, we felt that everything at Ignacia guest house was done with love and care for the place and the guests. You truly get your money’s worth, especially considering the delicious breakfast and cocktails, which are made from the finest ingredients. We felt the staff was very proud of the hotel and hold themselves to the highest of standards, and we can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed at Ignacia this past summer and can't say enough about this place. To sum it up, it's the perfect combination of feeling taken care of like you're in a hotel and feeling relaxed like you're in your friends home. We stayed in the Black Suite, which was beautiful and always a calm oasis after time spent in the city. Every member of the staff is kind, genuine and truly goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They helped us arrange a guide, had recommendations for shopping, galleries and restaurants, all of which blew us away not just for the excellent food but unique characteristics that made for the most memorable meals of our trip. They also helped to arrange a cooking class with the chefs who live in the other part of the building which was an absolute highlight and we highly recommend it! The breakfast cooked in their kitchen every morning was phenomenal as well. We always felt safe and loved exploring the many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in CDMX!

Ignacia Guest House is the perfect botique hotel to stay in Mexico City and located walking distance to many eateries, markets, museums and more. The place is designed beautifully and has all the comforts that big hotels have, just not all people bustling around. The staff are beyond amazing, giving personalized service from the time we booked until after we checked out and we left feeling we made new friends. The breakfast and cocktail hour are highlights, I really can't wait to visit again!
