The hotel staff is very nice, they really focus on giving a good service. The problem is when there is an issue, they don’t handle it very well. Our first room was not ready, we booked for 4 people and there was only one bed for 2, then the AC was not working so it took us several calls and maintenance guys checking before we got a new room. Then the cable TV did not work, some channels we mute, and a lot are not working (we did not got the chance to see the football soccer final due to this problem). The breakfast is OK but for a family trip you get bored of it very fast, there is plenty options outside but with kids is easier to have lunch in the hotel. The rooms are nice but not comfortable and small so with a few luggage it will get crowded. So, for a couple days and only two 2 persons it is OK, for family trip look somewhere else.

Finally, I have also booked a room for my parents, and they have to do an early check out, the hotel did not report this to Expedia and I am having problems to get my refund. So, this hotel has some severe management issues…

A nice stylish hotel in a very convenient central location in the Zona Rosa. Everything was clean and efficient, and the staff were attentive and polite. The room had no opening windows but the air conditioning worked well. Some technical issues though – my room key-card had to re-programmed three times at reception during a two-night stay, and the wifi was down for one of the days.

The best part of my stay is the warm hospitality from the security staff and housekeeping people (special praise to Fernando Lopez who greeted me everyday and offered me water etc)!

There's no safety box, the shower and the toilet arent good ventilated from the beds, and there was an strange smell everytime we enter the room

Worst hotel I’ve ever been. Super loud music coming from the street until 1 am. Rude staff who did not care nor apologize for the inconvenience. I asked to change room and was given the same one just one floor above, where the music was still super loud. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
