The hotel staff is very nice, they really focus on giving a good service. The problem is when there is an issue, they don’t handle it very well. Our first room was not ready, we booked for 4 people and there was only one bed for 2, then the AC was not working so it took us several calls and maintenance guys checking before we got a new room. Then the cable TV did not work, some channels we mute, and a lot are not working (we did not got the chance to see the football soccer final due to this problem). The breakfast is OK but for a family trip you get bored of it very fast, there is plenty options outside but with kids is easier to have lunch in the hotel. The rooms are nice but not comfortable and small so with a few luggage it will get crowded. So, for a couple days and only two 2 persons it is OK, for family trip look somewhere else.
Finally, I have also booked a room for my parents, and they have to do an early check out, the hotel did not report this to Expedia and I am having problems to get my refund. So, this hotel has some severe management issues…
